Q. What Is Your Service Area?

We work in local area up to about a 25-mile radius but can accept beyond the 25 mile on special occasions depending what the scope of work it is.

Q. Do You Offer Free Proposals?

Most of the time depending on the scope of work; When inspecting the job, we take all measurements and draw a floor plan. That floor plan is used to figure out the materials and labor that are needed. Then we prepare the scope of work document based on what the client wants to be remodeled. The scope of work document is then sent to the client for audit if any changes are needed. We then prepare the proposal based on the scope of work audited document. We also will furnish a schedule of material allowances to go with the proposal. You select all of the items on the schedule, but we will pick up and pay for them when needed.

Q. What Things Should I Consider When Looking To Have A Space Remodeled?

Normally we can only prepare my proposal on what is seen at the time of the first visit. when any demolition is made to parts of a house there could be found some degradation or problem that may need to be repaired or replaced before closing up the wall or floor. If any is found there would be an extra cost to remedy as approved by homeowner.

Q. How Can I Prepare For A Bath Or Kitchen Remodel?

Know what you want. We can help you, but we only do that which is wanted by the client.

It would be good for you to know what you want and consultation is offered.

Q. Can I Help With The Design Phase?

Yes! We will furnish the cabinet or vanity drawings for your approval.
